Hi, I am Nurah, owner and creator of Color4Calm guided Journals. These products came out of a very personal need to reduce my own anxiety and depression in a self-applicable manner and also dive deep into what I was going through. I found my mind was at it most calmest in coloring. while journaling I found I could go deep and be honest with myself.


I am also a person limited on time and I decided to create a product that contain the creative touches of coloring without being a full on coloring book, plentiful journaling space for brain dumbing, gratitude or daily reflection alongside the right questions for a deeper introspective moment.

My mission is to help other women struggling with mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression , burnout , low self esteem , etc, to use these guided journals to aide and understand their problems and provide a self-applicable coping strategy. I always recommend seeking the service of a license therapist if that is within your capability.
